Crown Nissan Service

Brought my Rogue to Crown Nissan’s service department for the first time today! John Riddlebarger went above and beyond for me, and took the time to answer my questions. Had to use my warranty and the process was seamless. They had my car ready in less than 2 hours. Excellent service department!

Joseph Andolina is the most helpful member in the service department. He was super responsive and patient with my questions. He patiently made sure my car was fit for a road trip. Thank you Joe, looking forward to coming back to work with you!

Customer Service Joseph Andolina went above and beyond when assisting me in getting my Nissan Rogue's camera's back online. He's given me nothing but EXCEPTIONAL Service each every time I've walked into the building. I trust his expertise and effort so much I'm willing to drive the 100 plus miles to get my Rogue Service at Crown Nissan! I appreciate your efforts and dedication!

I recently had my car serviced here as I have since I owned it. The service tech, Lesley Shepard, was courteous and professional. She explained what was suggested based on the mileage of the car. She gave me an estimate. I later received a text showing the cost of the proposed work as well as other suggested work. It was easy to use. The car was done quickly. Ms. Shepard was again courteous and professional as before.

Joseph was beyond helpful and accommodative. I can always depend on Nissan to get my vehicle and back in perfect condition. I really appreciate the whole service team for renewing my vehicle and providing exceptional service!
