Potter's Precision Imports

This is a good, honest and reliable mechanic. We were having trouble with our mini, which after some work done, learned it needed a new engine. We were not going to keep putting money into this car, deciding we did not want it anymore and Potter was willing to work with us by taking if off our hands for a discounted fee that we owed. We were appreciative of this, as we did not want to have to pay full cost nor deal with figuring out what to do with the car. They really make an effort to make their customers happy. They do all they can to find the best parts at the best prices too. We were so thankful they were willing to work with us on this unfortunate situation with our car. If you are loo…

I have a 2001 VW Cabrio which is in good shape but needed some electrical work. Went to many auto repair shops as well as the dealership and was told the car was too old to work on. Potter’s did not hesitate to help. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond within a reasonable price range. Very professional. I will definitely be dealing with them from here on in. Happy I found them!

Went to Potters with a VW TDI after being fed up with the lackluster and often overpriced service the local dealerships were providing. Had car issues and I needed a mechanic to do actual mechanic work and diagnose, not just plug in a scan tool and pull codes. After numerous dealerships told me my car not starting / shutting off couldn’t be diagnosed without a check engine light on (code presenting itself), I went to Potters. Bottom line, they knocked it out of the park. Some things tip you off that it’s a well run shop. It’s clean in the maintenance bays. The owner is answering the phone, etc. They fixed my timing chain and got me back on the road. Prices were cheaper than dealers, and t…

Professional and clean repair shop. Work performed as promised. Will definitely go back to Potter's for future work on our 2010 E550. Thank you Tom!

What a great experience at a reasonable price! I recently purchased an SL 550 on an online auction and I wanted a mechanic to look it over to let me know if there were any issues. Tom Potter and his team did a careful inspection and went over the results thoroughly. He also took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle and how they worked. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided and the personable/professional approach. Richard and Christina were great as well. I highly recommend Potter Precision Imports.
