Owner was super responsive to my calls/ texts and his employee, who checked my car in/out, is a very nice and honest guy!

I had a great experience bringing my X3 to Gary's shop. I called around to every shop nearby, and he gave me the best price by far. The mechanic diagnosed my car within an hour of dropping it off, and once parts were ordered my car was fixed very quickly. Very transparent with pricing and communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend European Import Specialist and will definitely be back in the future!

Gary and his team were phenomenal! I was calling around to get quotes on some work I needed done on my Audi. Gary answered the phone and asked what was the cheapest offer i received and immediately beat it by $500. He said he already had the parts in stock and told me to bring my car in as soon as I possible. I dropped the car off and the next day I got a call saying it was done but he highly recommended I radiator replacement. He knew money was an issue and found me a used part for much cheaper that had a 1 year warranty and installed it that same day. I called this morning to get information about an alignment for my Aston Martin vantage. To which Garry Let me know that their shop did not do so, he gave me a referral for a different shop that could do The job, To which he followed up with telling me even though it might be a little bit more expensive to have it done by Aston Martin, he thought that was the best route.
