Jays Automotive Clinic

I’ve been Jay’s satisfied customer for 5 years & more now. Jay & his team always did a great job! Whatever they find wrong in my car is honestly inspected & done & the problem is always resolved. I’ve changed my location but I still drive far anywhere Jay’s shop re- locates, I go there for my car needs. They are excellent & Eileen is so sweet. Your new shop is lovely! Godspeed!

I came into Jay’s Automotive Clinic for a routine oil change on my Lexus, and I left beyond impressed with the level of service I received. During the inspection, they discovered a leak in my water pump—something I had no idea was even an issue. Thankfully, Tim took care of it quickly and efficiently. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job right. What really stood out was the 52-point inspection Tim performed. Not only did he go over everything in detail, but he also gave me a copy of the full report, outlining exactly what my vehicle needs to stay in top shape. This is hands down the best repair shop around. Jay, Eileen, and the entire team are incredibly kind, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. I feel stress free leaving my car in their hands. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome. They make the whole experience comfortable and stress free. The waiting lounge is also a nice touch clean, cozy, and stocked with drinks. If you're looking for honest service, unbeatable prices, and people you can truly trust with your car, this is the place to go. You won’t find better anywhere else. 😁

This is seriously the best mechanic I've ever been to. They are extremely polite, professional, helpful, skilled, honest, and knowledgeable. We were a little disappointed when they moved out of Historic Kenwood, but their new garage is very nice and worth the few extra miles. Their prices are fair and reasonable along with their fast service are the main reasons why we will continue to be their customers. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this mechanic shop enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The entire team is friendly and professional, and the customer service is truly top-notch. What really stood out to me was the owner, Jay. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Jay genuinely listens and makes sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle—no pressure, no upselling, just honest and reliable advice. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel genuinely taken care of, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a more compl…
